Shop CCTV has captured the moment a lady stole a phone from a shop in the capital city of Rivers State, Port-Harcourt.
The owner of the shop has recently shared the video to the general public as she made an appeal to anyone that knows the whereabouts of the lady to quickly contact her for the case to be followed up immediately.
